Adil Shahab

Mr. Adil Shahab is a seasoned insurance and corporate professional with over 14 years of diversified experience in sales management, customer relations, and operational leadership within Pakistan’s insurance and tracking industries. Known for his initiative, commitment, and leadership, he has consistently delivered results through strategic planning, customer engagement, and team development. He holds a Master’s degree in English (2015) from Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, and Economics from Degree College Shujabad. Mr. Shahab began his career in 2011 with TPL Tracker Ltd., where he quickly established a reputation for strong client service and recovery management. He later joined TPL Direct Insurance Ltd. as Assistant Sales Manager, where he was instrumental in achieving financial objectives, managing client renewals, and strengthening corporate relationships. From 2016 to 2021, he served as Area Sales Manager at United Tracker (Pvt.) Ltd., overseeing sales operations and ensuring customer satisfaction across multiple regions. Since July 2021, Mr. Shahab has been associated with United Insurance Company of Pakistan Limited as Assistant General Manager, where he has led strategic business initiatives, client acquisition, and portfolio growth. At The Pakistan General Insurance Company Limited (PGI), Mr. Adil Shahab serves as Senior Vice President, bringing his extensive industry experience, leadership acumen, and proven ability to interact effectively with clients, senior executives, and all levels of the organization. His focus remains on driving operational excellence, enhancing customer experience, and contributing to PGI’s long-term growth objectives.
